Landlord kept my $2,200 deposit for 'deep cleaning and painting' — the place was spotless

I moved out of my Atlanta apartment after 3 years. Left it clean, took video of everything on move-out day. 45 days later I got $0 back with a vague list: 'deep cleaning $800, repainting $1,400.' Normal wear and tear is supposed to be on them, right? Georgia — what's the deadline for them to return a deposit, and is small claims worth it?
